Q. Do I need
to have years of experience in running a Vincenzo’s Pizza Shop?
A.
Absolutely not! Each of our current licensees has attended our
comprehensive training program where all matters pertaining to operate a
successful business are covered. What you do need is a willingness to
learn that knowledge, the desire to be successful, and the drive to
apply yourself and work smart.

Q. What is
covered in the training program?
A. It
includes training in ordering, inventory control, accounting, forms,
hiring, employee training, marketing, advertising, and all food
preparation including Vincenzo's famous pizzas. Prior to opening, a
qualified representative visits you and assists you in the hiring and
training of your staff. He or she will then remain with you through the
actual opening of your store to make sure all your questions are
answered.

Q. Is the
dough supplied exclusively to Vincenzo’s Pizza Shops?
A. Yes, most
certainly. Only our licensee's and company owned stores have the
privilege to use the dough to make the award wining pizza.

Q. How much
should I have to spend on advertising my business?
A. Amount
will vary depending on the concentration of residential customers in
your area. We do suggest that approximately 3% of your gross revenues
should be spent on your local advertising. We naturally provided
guidance on how and where to advertise and, very importantly, where not
to advertise.

Q. Is there
a standard operating procedure that I follow?
A. Generally,
yes. Our marketing, merchandising and selling procedures have
been developed, tested, and proven effective. Our systems are designed
to provide you with an efficient, smooth running store, geared for
maximum profitability, however you can taylor your operation to accommodate for changes in your customer base.

Q. Do I
receive an exclusive territory?
A.
Absolutely! Our policy is never to dilute the sales of any store by
locating a second store in the same marketing area. We provide you with
an exclusive geographical territory that is determined by a
market-by-market basis based upon a variety of factors including
population, economic conditions, and traffic.

Q. What size
best suits a Vincenzo’s Pizza restaurant and who selects it?
A. Anywhere
from 1,200 to 3,000 square feet, depending if you want a takeout &
delivery type restaurant or a full dine in sit down restaurant.
If you want,
we will help you to select the best location possible in the area you
want. Once you have selected what you believe to be one or more
locations, we will send an experienced member of our staff to your city
to verify your findings and affirm your selection.

is the one time Licensing Fee?

Q. What is
the term of my Vincenzo’s license?
A. Each
Vincenzo's License will be granted for a period of 5 years.

Q. Can I
renew my license after the term expires? If so, what is the renewal fee
and what are the conditions of the renewal?
A. We will
be delighted to renew your license, providing you sign the current
license agreement that is being offered to new licensees. We do charge a
small fee to cover the cost of the paper work involved in renewing your
license.

Q. How long
does it take to get into business once the license and contract
agreements have been signed?
A. Many
variables determine the time frame, two of which are the availability of
the best location and the amount of remodeling time that is necessary to
conform to restaurant standards. However, based on previous experience,
your store could open within 90 to 120 days after execution of the
lease.

Q. Can I
acquire a Vincenzo’s Pizza Shop and be an absentee owner?
A. Although
we prefer our licensee's to actively operate the store, it is possible
to own one of our pizza shops on an absentee basis providing you have a
qualified manager on the premises. But remember, no one looks after your
money better than you do, it would be wise to take at least a
semi-active role in the business.

Vincenzo’s licensee’s so successful?
A. One word
... DOUGH ... We have what we know is the best pizza crust, and the best
pizza on the market. We have also proven that our system, procedures,
and advertising work... and work well, and they have for years. What we
find we have is a shortage of people, ..good, quality people. If we
could find an abundance of good people, we would open Vincenzo's stores
from coast to coast and own them ourselves. This is why we have chosen
to license, one very simple reason, people. We can't find enough of them, so this then presents our exceptional concept to you. If you represent the quality type of people that we are seeking ... then this may be anextraordinary opportunity for both of us.

Q. Does
Vincenzo’s Original Finance any part of the cost of owning and building
a Store?
A. No,
Vincenzo's Original does not finance any part of the cost of owning a
store, but our experts in the finance department will help you to find
the balance of funds needed to own a store. Also, a lease program is
available for some of the equipment. When there is the need and the will
there is a way.

Q. Can I
visit one of Vincenzo’s Pizza stores?
A. For Sure!
You are always welcome to visit one of our stores and also taste our
award winning pizza. Just call to make an appointment and one of our
representatives will be more than happy to meet you at any of our
locations. He or she will give you a tour of the restaurant. If you
choose to go on your own, naturally a tour will not be possible and also
please do not ask the employees any questions about our program, as they
are there to serve the customers, not potential new licensees.
